Very informative. I am not surprised agents ask you to indicate which books your work resembles as many publishers ask for that, too. MacMillan Australia is one of them. At one point I downloaded a directory of agents. It is a long list. Some agencies are quite renowned and some agents have direct access to the Big 5. A friend’s daughter sold her ms to Random House via an agent and got a 6 figure advance. Jana Begovich
